Raw Food Info for Dogs and Cats
Why feed your dog Raw Food?
A raw food diet provides your dog with a range of benefits that commercial pet food diets can never provide:
Naturally cleans teeth -- no need for toothbrushes, de-scaling or gum disease.
Increased energy -- pets who were previously un-energetic or sluggish become rejuvenated once the raw diet feeding begins.
Lustrous coats -- owners will notice drastic improvement in overall lustrous coats with an incredible reduction in shedding.
Less stools produced -- and they are firm, turning chalky after a couple of days, and disintegrating on their own.
Better weight control.
No doggy odor.
Allergies -- most allergies completely disappear once your pet starts with a new diet.
Arthritis was significantly reduced or disappeared in some pets who were switched to the raw diet.
The ripping and chewing involved in eating raw meaty bones develops the jaw, neck, and shoulder muscles of the dog.
Puppies develop at a more appropriate rate, and quick growth spurts are avoided.
Decreased or non-existent vet bills.
... and the #1 reason to feed your dog RAW FOOD? They'll be healthier!
Why is commercial pet food NOT good for my dog?
Commercial pet foods derive their nutritional values from a grain base. Raw food is based on using fats and proteins from meat sources, and it completely represents the nutritional combination required by the canine digestive system.
What is in our Raw Food for pets?
Just raw natural ingredients! We use ingredients from inspected sources only: Meat and Vegetables. Nothing else is added. No colorants, no fillers, no grain, no preservatives... and all of our foods are frozen immediately to preserve its freshness!
How much Raw Food should I feed my dog per day?
Adult Dogs require 2% to 3% of their optimum weight in food per day. This amount can be split over as many meals as you want. If your dog is overweight, reduce the amount of food to 1.5% per day. The food intake required to maintain good body condition will vary, depending on age, activity and environment.
A growing puppy should get 4% to 5% of their body weight in food per day. Measure their weight gain every couple of weeks and adjust the amounts accordingly.
A Raw Food diet is a safe, natural and nutritious alternative to commercial pet food.
It costs less than you think and your pet is WORTH IT!
